About
Space Bake is a game that came out of Otronicon 2019 Game Jam at the Orlando Science Center. I worked on a team of five people in a competition to create an educational game that could also be used as a science center exhibit. Throughout the 72 hour game jam, I was responsible for making the player controller, the particle galaxy, the compound structures, and the win condition of the game.

Created raycasts to detect which element the player was interacting with

Created buttons on the control panel to switch between the needed chemical structures

Created the chemical structures to detect which element the player was trying to use on it and provide feedback on appropriate placement

Created a particle system in engine to simulate a galaxy

Created a skybox to provide mood and atmosphere to the game and drive how the feeling of urgency in space
