About
During the development of Math Stack Movers, the studio, CelleC Studios, was using Scrum to create and ship their games. I was the Producer of the game. I held the games vision from start to end of the development cycle which included a large team of up to 17 people creating assets, scripting, and designing the UI of the game. As the Producer, I led with an open form of communication, encouraging team members to make suggestions, and voted on them as a team to implement any positive changes to the game. At the end of each two week sprint, I gave feedback meetings to the team, scheduled the next sprint, and assigned tasks for the team going forward.
